API 936 REFRACTORY INSPECTION
Independent third-party inspection of refractory lining installations in vessels, furnaces, ducts, heaters and burners in accordance with API 936 requirements.
QA/QC & THIRD-PARTY INSPECTION
Quality Assurance and Quality Control services for refractory installation projects, ensuring compliance with codes, standards and client specifications.
REFRACTORY INSTALLATION SUPERVISION
On-site supervision of gunning, casting, hand-packing and anchoring installations. Verification of mixing, placement and workmanship.
MATERIAL COMPLIANCE & TESTING WITNESSING
Verification of refractory materials and witnessing of laboratory tests for physical properties (density, CCS, PLC) in accordance with API 936 and ASTM standards.
DRY-OUT MONITORING
Inspection and monitoring of refractory dry-out heating schedules to prevent structural failure and steam spalling.
